Lioness Fit aims to encourage women to be the best version of themselves and to be a light to those around them. The Lioness is the “hunter”, we teach women what it takes to hunt down their goals. Like Lions, we believe that we are stronger together and we need each other in order to be successful and to live out our purpose.

My name is Amanda Scoville, I am an NETA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I did not grow up with an understanding of health and fitness, it was not until I joined the Arizona Army National Guard that I begun to understand how unhealthy I was. Not only was I physically out of shape, I had horrible “self-talk” and an unstable relationship with food. Name a fad diet, I’ve tried it. Through mentors and education, I learned what it means to live a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, and nutritionally. It is my passion to empower others to see themselves as who God made them to be, and to be an example of purposeful practice, not flawlessness. I started Lioness Fit as a sustainable approach to health, fitness, and life. I do not support fad diets, nor will you attain instant results working with me. Through incremental change and creating healthy habits you will learn the skills needed to have sustainable results, increased mood, and overall drive for life. I will meet you where you are and give you strategies that work for YOU!
